Group & Centre Activities

Social, fun and supportive group programs for NDIS participants.

What are

Group & Centre Activities?

Group & Centre Activities are structured programs where NDIS participants can spend time with others in a safe, supportive environment.
You can take part in social, recreational and skill-building activities with support workers on hand to help you join in, learn and have fun.

These activities are a great way to:

  • Meet new people and build friendships

  • Practice social and communication skills

  • Try new hobbies in a supported setting

Our programs can be tailored to different ages, interests and support needs. Depending on your goals, sessions may include:

  • Social activities – games, morning teas, group discussions and themed days

  • Life skills groups – basic cooking, simple budgeting, planning the week and working as a team

  • Health & wellbeing – gentle exercise, relaxation, mindfulness and healthy habits

  • Community outings – supported trips to local events, parks, cafes, shops or activities

We can adjust activities so they match your abilities, energy levels and intere
